As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the delivery of high-quality care services. You will be responsible for managing a team of care workers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of care workers to provide outstanding care

Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs

Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care

Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for your team

Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role within the care sector

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

A genuine passion for delivering person-centered care

Relevant qualifications in health and social care (preferred)
