We are looking to recruit a Domiciliary Care Manager for our client’s service based in Rochdale. As the Domiciliary Care Manager, you will report into the Area Manager and will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards of care whilst also growing the business. We are looking for a passionate, motivated, hardworking and ambitious individual who is committed to developing the business forward and importantly also shares the same vision and values as our client. Core Duties will include

Planning, directing and delivering high standards of person-centred care and support. CQC compliance and auditing. Responsible for safeguarding the welfare of the individuals you support. Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to and ensuring your staff team are fully aware of their responsibilities. Networking and developing new business opportunities in order to grow the business. Marketing and promoting the service. Form strong, working relationships with professional bodies. Training and mentoring staff and identify any training needs. What we are looking for in a Domiciliary Care Manager

Previous management experience within a domiciliary/homecare setting. Previously managed a service with a “good” CQC rating. Hold NVQ level 5 or equivalent or be working towards these qualifications. Extensive knowledge of CQC standards. Ability to manage, lead and develop a staff team. Professional, approachable, and confident leader. Work without direct supervision and manage own workload. Work additional hours as required due to the nature of the business. Driving license. Company benefits
