They specialise in elderly care and dementia care in the community around Ringwood and surrounding areas. They have a great ethos and are now looking for a Domiciliary Care Manager to carry on that journey. They are also looking at expanding in the future and possibly opening another branch. The Ideal Domiciliary Care Manager Applicant: Must have extensive care management experience with excellent customer service and people management skills, ideally in domiciliary care or supported living settings. Be commercially aware. Demonstrate achievement of business growth targets. Have the ability to build good working relationships. Have strong organisation and planning skills. Have the drive and motivation to take on a broad role and develop care services. Work well and accurately under pressure with minimal supervision. Be flexible to meet the demands of the business, including participating in an on-call rota. Ideally possess NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or an existing management qualification.
