Domiciliary Branch Manager
Thetford, Norfolk £40,000 per annum plus bonus scheme Manorcourt Homecare, a Top 20 rated care provider, are recruiting for a Registered Manager for our domiciliary care branch in Thetford. The branch delivers around 860 hours of high standard care each week and is rated 9.4 on homecare.co.uk. About the branch:
The Thetford office provides domiciliary care to a number of local people across Thetford and surrounding areas. About you:
Are you passionate and committed to providing quality care? Are you looking for a company that will support you to deliver a quality service whilst also working with you to develop your skills and further your career? At Manorcourt Homecare we are passionate about delivering an excellent standard of care and support to our clients and colleagues. Our Registered Managers lead by example, managing a team of carers and support staff to meet our clients' needs on a daily basis. Overseeing all aspects of the branch from quality and governance, retention and recruitment to financial performance, you will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Previous management experience in a domiciliary care setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for both staff and clients. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the branch. What we offer:
