Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, particularly in settings such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities. This role involves working closely with clients to enhance their quality of life through various forms of support, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship. Role Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Tamil-speaking domiciliary care worker with a minimum of 6 months of experience in palliative care. The role involves providing high-quality, personalized care to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort and dignity during challenging times. Key Responsibilities: Delivering palliative care services, including physical, emotional, and social support. Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Administering medication as per care plans (if qualified). Building trust and effective communication with clients and their families in Tamil. Maintaining accurate records of care provided. Requirements: Tamil language proficiency (spoken). At least 6 months of proven experience in palliative care. Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one). Reliable, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
