Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Shifts Available About Us: Swanstaff Ltd are seeking domiciliary carers for our client based in Thetford, providing a caring and supportive environment where residents can thrive. We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Assistants to provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents in their own homes. Job Description: As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. You will assist with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, mobility, and companionship, ensuring that our residents lead happy, healthy, and independent lives. The role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care (e.g., washing, dressing, and toileting) as per care plans. Assist with medication administration and daily tasks. Offer companionship and emotional support to residents. Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided. Support residents with mobility and other physical activities. Communicate effectively with families and other healthcare professionals. Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in domiciliary care is preferred, but not essential. 3 months plus experience in the healthcare industry. A compassionate, caring nature with a desire to help others. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to follow care plans and meet the individual needs of residents. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle. DBS check required (we can assist with this if needed). Benefits:
