Midlands preferred; however, other locations will be considered. Travel across the UK will be required for this role. OutThere RPO are recruiting for one of our clients based nationally who specialise in supplying, servicing, and maintaining doorways. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Manager. What will I be doing as an Engineering Manager? You will be responsible for developing and managing a direct and sub-contract engineer base. You will manage the overall supervision of their work to ensure high standards of quality and a positive contribution to customer satisfaction and profitability. You will be responsible for ensuring HSQE and Technical compliance for Level 1 Projects, Service, and Repair jobs. Recruitment and Development of Direct Engineers Overseeing Engineering Performance Engineering & Technical Supervision Project Management Assistance Management of tools, fleet, and equipment Work with staff and other departments ensuring continuous improvement Work with the development team to develop the company strategy and set targets and objectives for the team Qualifications Essential Skills and Knowledge Industrial technical knowledge Relevant qualifications Experience in an engineering position Management experience including setting tasks, developing individuals, and a natural ability to motivate If this role is of interest, then please click the apply now button and submit your CV!
