Our client is a leading provider of fire security solutions, dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of their clients' premises. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Security Door Engineer to join their team on an adhoc contract basis. This role is pivotal in maintaining, repairing, and installing fire security doors to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Install fire security doors according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications. Conduct regular maintenance checks on fire security doors, ensuring they are fully operational and compliant with safety regulations. Diagnose and repair any issues with fire security doors, including mechanical and electrical components. Recommend and implement upgrades to improve the safety and functionality of fire security doors. Ensure all work complies with current fire safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs. Communicate effectively with clients to explain work performed and provide advice on maintaining fire security doors. Work closely with other engineers and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire security door installation, maintenance, and repair. In-depth knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards related to fire security doors. Proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical components of fire security doors. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Willingness to travel to various locations and work flexible hours as needed.
