Door Fitter (Carpenter)

to join our planned works team. Primarily lone working, you will be part of a wider established and friendly direct trades team working across the Wiltshire area within occupied properties. A range of other benefits including preferred supplier discounts and much more! The Door Fitter/ Carpenter role: Completion of full domestic (composite) door fits. You will install and fit new as well as complete repairs where required and appropriate. Your team also completes Fire door installation and penetration work. You may also get the opportunity to become upskilled and accredited to fit fire doors if you do not hold the accreditation and experience already. You will take pride in delivering an exceptional level of customer service; ensuring you are providing updates and always considering the customer’s needs, whilst being able to complete your works within agreed timescales. Your, the team, and the customers' Health and Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do, ensuring all working environments are safe and the relevant documentation is completed at all stages. What will you bring as a Door Fitter/ Carpenter? Qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Carpentry, or similar professional body. Experience as a domestic Carpenter/Joiner with proven door fitting skills. Motivated in your approach to work, and able to work to individual and team output targets. A good demeanour with the ability to converse with the public and residents in a professional and friendly manner. Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the
