Day-to-day Crew Management:

Ensuring the safety and efficiency of our crews and vehicles in all operations.

Team Engagement:

Briefing and motivating staff through toolbox talks, fostering a positive work environment.

Job Pack Creation:

Organizing and preparing comprehensive job packs for seamless execution.

Technical Support:

Providing technical guidance and assistance to our operations crews.

Safety and Quality Focus:

Conducting site safety and quality audits to maintain our high standards.

Client Collaboration:

Building strong client relationships by conducting joint audits for mutual success.

Equipment & Vehicle Care:

Periodic audits of equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance.

Team Collaboration:

Working closely with our depot management team to meet project goals and schedules.

Resource Management:

Quantifying and ordering materials and equipment, optimizing resource allocation.

Training Commitment:

Encouraging and ensuring that our operatives attend training sessions as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Previous Drainage Experience:

Your prior experience in a drainage environment sets you up for success.

Equipment Proficiency:

Familiarity with combination units and jet vacs is a definite plus.

Full UK Driving Licence:

Preferably with LGV Class C, showing your commitment to the role.
