We are looking for an experienced drainage engineer to work across the Lincolnshire area, collaborating with a leading consultancy alongside a number of Local Authorities. Minimum Requirements: You must have previous highways experience of at least 2-3 years. Responsibilities and Skills: Conduct site investigations and inspections, analyzing and collecting data. Develop designs for multiple schemes. Provide technical solutions in line with the approved design process. Produce technical documents and drawings for checking and sign off. Mentor and assist team members, providing day-to-day support. Possess a good working knowledge and experience in drainage and flood defense, along with a sound understanding of Flood Risk management. Hold a degree or HNC + Eng Tech. Be a strong communicator, comfortable working at all levels and dealing with the public.
