Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver innovative lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and ignite students' passion for drama. Direct and produce school productions, showcasing students' talents and creativity. Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their artistic development. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Drama, Theatre, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification. Demonstrated experience teaching Drama at the secondary level. A strong understanding of theatrical techniques, performance practices, and stagecraft. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
