Join our vibrant secondary school in Hackney as a Drama Teacher and inspire students with your love for the performing arts.Drama Teacher Responsibilities:Candidate will be responsible for teaching KS3/KS4Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons for students across various year groups.Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels confident to express themselves.Organize and direct school plays and drama productions.Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enhance the learning experience.Drama Teacher Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.Strong knowledge of drama and the performing arts curriculum.Experience in teaching BTEC Performing Arts is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.Commitment to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
