Driver Trainer/Handover Specialist
to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working: 5 days per week - Monday to Friday 7.00am - 16.00pm can be negotiated OTE - 70k!! Driver Trainer/Handover Specialist

we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate: Desire to work in a fast paced, demanding environment Display a high level of customer service Brilliant levels of communication written or verbal Main duties will be: Assist the Sales Team daily. Have an open and planned diary in place for all driver training and vehicle handover events. Handle all customer and supplier enquiries in a professional manner, in-line with our business principles that maintain our integrity and an ethical code of conduct. Notify and follow-up internal queries in a timely and professional manner. Supply relevant information to the admin team to assist them in maintaining the Vehicle Status Reporting System to progress vehicles from order to delivery. Liaise with your sales colleagues for timely and agreed delivery of new or used vehicles. Attend all relevant manufacturing training courses for vehicle handover and driver training and/or any online courses agreed with the TSM. Ensure that all necessary documentation is applied for/in place as per ‘Deal File’ checklist. Assist and maintain an orderly filing system for the Sales Department and with the accurate upkeep of all chassis files in accordance with the audit requirements.
