Doncaster Rehabilitation Services Manager

to oversee the strategic and operational management of Doncaster Rehabilitation Services (DRS) About Us: MannaCare is a not-for-profit organisation committed to delivering high-quality aged care and rehabilitation services in line with our vision, mission, and values. Your Role: As the Doncaster Rehabilitation Services Manager, you will: Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Assistants, and Administration staff Ensure clinical excellence, client-centred care, and evidence-based treatment practices in community allied health services Manage daily operations, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership teams, community groups, and funding bodies. Drive staff development through mentoring, supervision, and ongoing training. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership:

Supervise staff, maintain effective communication, and oversee service delivery. Human Resource Management:

Support recruitment, performance appraisals, and workplace safety. Financial Management:

Ensure budgets and financial KPIs are met, and billing processes are accurate. Quality Improvement:

Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in clinical and operational areas Education & Training:

Promote continuous learning and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements. Health & Safety:

Maintain a safe workplace by overseeing OHS compliance and risk mitigation strategies. What We’re Looking For: Allied Health qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration (mandatory). Postgraduate qualification in public health, management, or clinical expertise (desirable). Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare or aged care environment. Strong knowledge of aged care funding, policies, and accreditation standards. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Demonstrated ability to lead quality improvement initiatives and mentor teams effectively. Valid Victorian driver's license and clear NDIS police check. Why Join Us?
