Involve Recruitment are in search of a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and proficiency in Civil 3D software to facilitate project planning and execution.

Duties

Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project milestones are met on time. Oversee the planning and execution of site activities while maintaining high standards of quality. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports on progress, safety incidents, and resource allocation. Implement effective time management strategies to optimise workflow and productivity on-site. Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among all site personnel.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Proficiency in Civil 3D software is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are preferred.
