Drywall Contracts Manager - Reputable Interiors Contractor - Essex & London Company: My client is a reputable drylining company who has been established for over 10 years. With a turnover of GBP10m, they are looking to continue this growth in the coming years. They have a wide range of project portfolios including Education, Commercial, Residential, and Healthcare. As they experience significant growth, they are looking for an experienced drylining contracts manager to join a growing team to help the business progress further. Duties & Responsibilities: You will be responsible for site management and on-site subcontractors for contracts based in London and the South-East surrounding areas. You will organize manpower, equipment, and materials while maintaining excellent cleaning standards and relationships. Ensure subcontractors' invoices are checked and verified against the completed works. Ensure quality is met as per our commitments to our client base and maintain a relationship with the client team and relevant managers. Liaise with the Commercial Department to ensure budgets and targets are being achieved on projects you are responsible for. Experience/Requirements: The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience within the construction industry with a drylining background. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must hold an SMSTS or H&S equivalent. Proficient in using a laptop including office products (Word, Excel, etc.). Must hold a valid full UK driving license and have the rights to work in the UK. Salary + Benefits: 20 days paid annual leave plus 2 weeks at Christmas. Competitive salary: GBP55,000 - GBP65,000 per annum. Work Phone. Travel expenses paid. Company Vehicle + Fuel Card (after a probation period of 3 months). Company with a strong order book.
