We are seeking experienced Dual Fuel Engineers to perform installations; the position requires technical expertise in electric and gas metering and a strong commitment to providing safe and efficient energy solutions for our customers. What We Offer: £40k salary (£44k inside M25) Achievable performance bonus - £5k to £10k per year Summer bonus - £1k paid in May Christmas bonus - £1k paid in December 22 days annual leave increasing to 27 days with length of service (plus bank holidays) BUPA medical cover Refer a friend - £1,250 Call out, overtime and weekend working opportunities Company van (fully racked) and fuel card Full induction, training & mentoring Employee support programme Contributory pension scheme Responsibilities: Install smart electric and gas meters in compliance with company and industry standards. Engage professionally with domestic customers, providing information on the benefits of metering and energy efficiency. Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations. Achieve and surpass work performance targets while adhering to health and safety protocols. Complete and maintain necessary documentation and online systems. Qualifications: Current CMA1, CCN1, Diploma in Smart Installation (Gas or Dual Fuel), or equivalent ACS qualification. Current MET1, 2, or 4, or FCO1 qualification. One of the following qualifications: MOCOPA single phase, multiphase cut-out/City & Guilds 2365 Level 2 and 3; City & Guilds 2357 Level 2 and 3/City & Guilds 2330 Level 2 & 3/NVQ Level 3 Electro Technical Services Installations/Diploma in Smart Installation (Power or Dual Fuel).
