Harry at Amber Mace is looking for an experienced, strong Registered Manager to manage 2 services in the Dover area. Both sites are small residential homes focused on providing top quality care for their residence with Learning Difficulties.
Dedicated to quality assurance, you will effectively lead and inspire your team to deliver top-tier person-centered support and care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing best practices in social care while continuously enhancing the service. You will have the opportunity to apply your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes is essential to the service's success.
This role is varied, and will ensure you are responsible for all areas of the home including budgets, quality, compliance and ensuring that the people we support have the best care & support possible.
Requirements:
Dedication to providing high-quality care Proven successful experience as a Registered Manager, having independently managed various care homes or services and being fully responsible for their outcomes regulatory standards Exceptional decision-making abilities Outstanding organizational and communication skills Adaptability and a proactive "can-do" attitude Great CQC and Safeguarding knowledge and understanding
