Are you an experienced Store Manager with a passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a growing brand as a Store Manager across two locations in Kendal and Keswick.

As a Store Manager, you'll oversee both stores, driving sales and operational excellence while ensuring the highest standards of customer service and visual merchandising. If you're looking for your next challenge in retail and want to make a real impact, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership:

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for motivating and developing your team to achieve retail goals. You'll recruit, train, and manage team performance, ensuring all staff deliver exceptional customer service. Customer Engagement:

Deliver an outstanding retail experience by engaging with customers and ensuring they receive excellent service in both stores. Operational Management:

Maintain high standards in stock management, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness. Monitor sales performance and adjust operational strategies to maximise retail success. Sales & Financial Performance:

Ensure both stores meet financial targets by analysing retail data, driving sales opportunities, and ensuring efficient stock management. Communication:

Ensure strong communication across the team, head office, and other departments. Complete administrative tasks as required, supporting smooth store operations.

What We're Looking For: Retail Experience:

You should have previous experience as a Store Manager or Supervisor in retail, ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands. A strong understanding of visual merchandising and stock management is essential. Leadership Skills:

You'll have a proven track record of leading a team, managing performance, and driving results in a retail environment. Customer-Focused:

Passionate about delivering a top-tier customer experience and creating a welcoming environment for all customers. Operational Excellence:

Experience managing store operations, including stock control, sales targets, and visual merchandising, to ensure your store is always performing at its best.
