Future Select specialise in recruitment within the Asbestos / Environmental industry, and we are working closely with an industry leading provider of Asbestos Management services across the UK. They are now looking to take on a qualified and hard working Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their established team. This role would suit someone looking to join an employee focused company, who are continuously expanding and developing. You will be working on predominantly Commercial sites. For the successful candidate, our client can offer cross training into other environmental sectors, company vehicle, and a generous holiday allowance.
Experience & Qualifications:
Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualifications is essential to the role. Will have experience working hands on as a surveyor / analyst for a reputable UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. Will be able to show excellent practical knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. Familiar producing reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems. Able to communicate efficiently with colleagues and clients of all levels.
The Role: Carrying out management & R&D surveys. Ensuring to carry out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work. Undertaking stage 4 clearances. Providing clients with certificates of re-occupation. Leak, smoke, background, re-occupation and personal air testing. Carrying out auditing of contractors on site. Using information from site to produce detailed surveying / analytical reports on industry relevant systems. Working on longstanding Commercial contracts, working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248.
