The Role:

As a Ductwork Contracts Manager, your role is pivotal in overseeing and managing all aspects of ductwork projects within our organisation. Plan, execute, and monitor ductwork projects from inception to completion. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Make sure that materials are ordered with the correct supplier for better buying. Audit existing contracts and oversee contract modifications and variations. Negotiate complex contracts and manage changes and addendums. Utilise site survey software (site audit pro) for project data collection and submission to the relevant teams, capturing any site issues or variations. Set up projects by preparing Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMs) and collecting delivery information.

The Company: Offices based in Dartford, Kent. Specialise in commercial HVAC projects including both new ductwork lagging and air conditioning projects. Currently turning over in the region of £18M, with 40 direct employees + sub contractors. This hire is due to the company growth, winning more and more work.

The Ideal Candidate: HVAC knowledge. Will have previous experience working on commercial projects worth upwards of £300K. ONC/HNC qualification in Building Services (HVAC) or possess equivalent experience. Strong management skills. Will have excellent communication skills. Will be happy to travel across London.
