Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead DulcoLax in the UK market. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of the DulcoLax brand locally, driving performance, market share growth, and brand equity. Based in Reading-UK, this position will report to the Zone Brand Lead in a Global structure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure DulcoLax continues to outpace the market and maintain its leadership position. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute the UK brand strategy, ensuring alignment with global priorities while addressing local market dynamics. Commercial Performance:

Own the brand P&L, driving sales and profitability targets through effective marketing strategies and innovation initiatives. Consumer Insight:

Leverage market research and consumer insights to shape marketing plans, ensuring relevance and resonance with target audiences. Campaign Management:

Adapt and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional media, and healthcare professional channels to build brand awareness and love. Product Portfolio:

Oversee the product portfolio, including launches, line extensions, and SKU rationalization, ensuring optimal market fit and growth potential. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, regulatory, and supply chain, to deliver seamless execution of brand plans. Agency Management:

Lead external agencies in the development of creative assets and media plans, ensuring high-quality output and ROI. Compliance & Governance:

Ensure all marketing activities adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in the UK healthcare sector. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in brand management, preferably within OTC, FMCG, or healthcare sectors. Demonstrated ability to craft and execute consumer-centric marketing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaborating across diverse teams. Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for building brand love. Knowledge of the UK healthcare market is a strong advantage. Commercial awareness with experience managing P&L responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
