Shrewsbury, SY4 4RR About Us Dunstall Holdings Limited, through our subsidiaries, are principally engaged in the sale, servicing and repair of agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, materials handling equipment and workplace storage solutions. About the Role The role of Stock Accountant is a newly created one with the main objective being to operate as a key link between Sales, operations and finance functions. The main tasks of the role will be to complete stock checks, operate control systems for demo and hire machines, report on stock levels, and own funder audits. The individual will need to be self-motivated, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a keen eye for detail. Business partnering skills are essential, as this role requires collaboration with operational teams. This role will require travel around all group companies. Responsibilities Carry out periodic reviews of items ordered against physical locations (Machinery) Periodic parts stock checks of group depots/companies Create and maintain a system for demo/hire machines locations and documents Assist and own stocking funder audits Reporting on stock levels and KPIs Statutory Audit ownership of the stock control process Stocking/HP Funding Assisting with month end/year end tasks Miscellaneous tasks as required Candidate Requirements Ability to work independently and with others Dynamic individual who can solve problems and manage workloads Ability to work well under pressure Comfortable travelling on own around all sites AAT Level 2 (or equivalent) as a minimum What We Offer: Up to 27 days holiday (plus bank holidays) depending on length of service. 2 x basic salary death in service payment, payable to your nominated recipient Health care cash plan covering some costs towards dental treatment, NHS prescriptions, annual health checks, etc. Benefits platform giving discounts on major supermarket shops, high street vendors, holidays, and gym memberships.
