Our client is looking for an experienced Dutch speaking Event Manager to join their team on a full-time FTC. Within this role you will be providing a wide range of administrative tasks, logistical duties, coordinating events and supporting a busy team. This position is a 12-month contract with the view to be extended. Your responsibilities will include: Providing general organisational and administrative support, including events, projects, visits, bookings. Being the main point of contact for staff members and clients, ensuring smooth communication at all times. Coordinating and supporting the management, with content creation, online posting, social media channels. Ensuring all materials are accurate and are documented efficiently and correctly. Maintaining and updating all project files and project documents. About you: In order to succeed in this role as Event Manager, you will have a solid administration/Event coordination background and be a self-motivated, dynamic individual who can take initiative to achieve the end result in this rewarding role. This vacancy would be suitable for a professional and dedicated candidate with ideally Dutch fluency, who seeks to develop their career within a respected organisation where you can truly add value to your role and make a difference to the environment. Profile: Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, Event Administration, Event Coordinator, or Administration Coordinator. Proven experience of working in events or a similar field. Strong prioritisation and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional communication, organisational, and time management skills. Switched-on and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
