Duty Engineer
to join a leading hospitality team in Edinburgh. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems and services within a hotel environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including Legionella and Asbestos management. Monitor and maintain essential systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool plant equipment. Respond to reactive maintenance requests and effectively manage planned preventative maintenance. Utilise CMMS/Electronic FM software to track maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations. Experience / Qualifications: Experience : Experience in a hospitality setting, ideally in larger/complex hotels. Qualifications : Ideally holding at least 2 of the following: IOSH Legionella Duty-holder Asbestos Duty-holder Pool Plant Operator Technical Expertise : Strong understanding and experience with CMMS/Electronic FM software.
