Under the guidance of the Hotel Manager, our
Duty Manager
will be a key support for all hotel departments and able to jump in and assist at any time. A good knowledge of hotel operations is essential and a willingness to be hands-on. Ideally, you will have experience working in the Food and Beverage department and want to gain a full understanding of all departments. This role is ideally suited to someone who has aspirations of becoming a Hotel Operations Manager. As our
Duty Manager , you will receive: Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year – including bank holidays, increasing with years of service!
