Night Shift Duty Manager

M&S, Brighton Station Pay Rate:
£12.63 per hour, regardless of age + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.13 per hour. Shift Pattern:
22:00pm - 07:00am and 04:00am to 12:00pm. Full Time
(37.5 hours) , any 5 days out of 7, working flexibly over weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays. Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role,
applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol. Training for this role will include 1 week working on days. As a Duty Manager, you will: Have at least
1 year of experience
working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail role. Take charge of creating a clean, welcoming atmosphere that surpasses customer expectations, consistently aiming to improve service. Guide and support your colleagues, maintaining a safe working and dining environment whilst being the go-to person for day-to-day queries. Coordinate team efforts, overseeing the unit's opening and closing, ensuring operational excellence, adhering to guidelines, and completing necessary documentation. Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance, championing improvements and simplifying operations.
