As the duty officer, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day smooth running of the centre, including handling cash, staffing the reception, and ensuring the health and safety of the public and staff. As part of this role, the successful candidate will also be required to teach up to 6 hours of swimming lessons at the centre per week.
The following qualifications are required:
Current RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
Pool Plant Operator’s certificate
STA/ASA Teachers award
The position is for 30 hours per week, covering a mixture of early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
We are looking for individuals with personality and who possess the potential, flair, and skills to contribute to this team with energy and enthusiasm. Candidates will need to demonstrate a good understanding of the role, including health and safety, cleaning, and maintaining high standards in customer service.
