DV Cleared High Touch Engineer

Farnborough, United Kingdom Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled DV Cleared High Touch Engineer to join the growing team for one of our clients. This role involves working in a hybrid setup, with a minimum expectation of 3 days onsite in Hampshire, which may reduce as the team grows. The primary focus is on providing network-level problem resolution, troubleshooting, and resolving customer network problems across a broad range of technologies. The ideal candidate should possess active DV Clearance and have extensive experience in Cisco networking, routers and switches, unified communications, data centres, and network engineering. Responsibilities: Act as a technical focal point for network problem resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve customer network problems across a broad range of technologies. Provide network-level problem resolution, including troubleshooting on the entire network for complex and critical issues. Collaborate with High Touch Operations Manager (HTOM) to diagnose issues, keep customers informed, and manage issue resolution. Attempt to fix network issues remotely and escalate to the specialist team if necessary. Essential Skills: Active DV Clearance Experience with Cisco networking Proficiency in working with routers and switches Knowledge of unified communications Experience in data centre technologies Strong network engineering skills Security expertise Additional Skills & Qualifications: Ability to work effectively in a team Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a hybrid setup Why Work Here?
