This is a customer-facing role where you'll lead the implementation of core modules and third-party applications, support Senior Consultants on projects, and serve as the first escalation point for helpdesk inquiries. methodology, you'll ensure clients are effectively set up on Business Central, paving the way for future enhancements as their needs evolve. You’ll play a key role in documenting processes and fostering communication within the professional services team. We seek a team player who is adaptable, dedicated to continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Your Day to Day in this role includes: Deliver or assist in delivering client work, including pack work, development scoping, or training. Handle ‘Support Consultant Escalation’ tickets from the Bus Apps support team. Manage additional activities resulting from customer-facing work during overflow time. Collaborate with other parts of the Pax8 Org to support the enablement of Partners dynamics growth, including discovery calls, process improvements, and feature documentation. Drive personal development and performance improvements by participating in Pax8 L&D programmes, peer or manager coaching, stretch projects, or on-the-job training. You'll be ideal for us if you: Know your way around Business Central, including Core Finance, Fixed Assets, and popular third-party apps. Understand Business Central development fundamentals and data structure. Have experience helping customers or partners with Dynamics 365 Business Central issues. Possess the ability to view the big picture from customer requirements. Are comfortable running calls and training sessions with customers. Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Pride yourself on being organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects. Have strong communication skills. Are a UK resident with valid right to work.
