Senior Dynamics 365 CE Business Analyst (End User) - £50k - 60k + bonus, medical cash plan, 27 days holiday, 10% matched pension - Flexible/ Hybrid working, offices in the South. Are you an experienced Senior Dynamics CRM / D365CE Business Analyst looking for a new challenge? Are you looking for a role where you can make an impact? This end user company is going through a large Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementation, focusing on Field Service, Customer Service, and Omnichannel, and requires a Senior BA to assist with the Asset Management transformation. You'll work closely with Programme and Project Managers in the development of their plans, understanding business requirements, and shaping the to-be process for Asset Management. Located remotely, with occasional visits to Basingstoke, this role offers flexibility and a chance to make a real impact. As the Senior Business Analyst, you'll have extensive experience with Dynamics CRM / D365 CE, a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and experience leading, managing, and mentoring other BAs on large projects and programmes. You will also need in-depth knowledge of Asset Management within the housing sector to be successful in this role.
