If so, we want you to join our dynamic Business Applications team at ANS as a Configuration Consultant. Key Responsibilities: Customer Needs Analysis:

Leverage your knowledge to identify customer needs and match them with the right technical solutions to maximize value. Solution Delivery:

Utilize your expertise in Dynamics & Power Platform to analyze, design, build, test, document, and deliver the right solutions at the right time. Collaboration:

Work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Customers, and other stakeholders to guide and advise on unlocking the benefits of technology. Stakeholder Engagement:

Build trust and confidence through effective interactions with stakeholders. User Stories & Acceptance Criteria:

Write and validate user stories, analyze acceptance criteria, and facilitate the design, build, test, deploy, and documentation of solutions. Functional Awareness:

Demonstrate knowledge of D365 CE first-party apps and Power Platform capabilities, including Power Automate Flows, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Apps. Facilitation:

Lead stakeholder sessions for requirements gathering, demonstrations, training, and other interactions. Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on developments and licensing conditions of D365 and Power Platform. Professional Challenge:

Challenge stakeholders on needs, processes, and design to ensure solutions meet engagement goals and constraints. Governance:

Assist in project governance by adhering to scope, best practices, and contractual obligations. Opportunity Identification:

Identify and communicate opportunities and scope changes throughout the delivery process. Skills and Experience Required: D365 Expertise:

Deep understanding of deploying and configuring at least two of the following: D365 for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service. Configuration Experience:

Proven experience in configuring D365 solutions to meet requirements, budget, and time constraints while maintaining high quality. Business Process Mapping:

Experience in mapping business processes and requirements against native D365 capabilities and identifying product gaps. Power Automate Skills:

Demonstrable skills in configuring basic Power Automate Flows. Quality Assurance:

Perform quality assurance by verifying documented functional requirements against delivered solutions through testing and defect resolution. Facilitation Skills:

Confident in facilitating business mapping, requirement gathering, training, and product/solution demonstrations. Project Methodologies:

Understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and organizational change management concepts. Tool Familiarity:

Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or other requirement/backlog management tools and general ALM principles.
