Monday- Friday 9-5 (35 hrs) Departmental Overview The MJ Quinn Technology Services Department supports circa 5000 people across our platforms, workforce, and locations. The Department has complete ownership of our Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions combined with Microsoft Dynamics. Job Purpose / Primary Objective The Dynamics 365 & Depotnet Administrator is responsible for the effective monitoring, maintenance, and support of the Dynamics 365 and Depotnet applications within the organisation. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that these systems are organised to meet the business needs and objectives. The successful candidate will have a good digital background, excellent problem-solving skills, good ability to organise and prioritise work, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following tasks: User Account Management: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts as needed. Ensure that user accounts are set up correctly with the appropriate access levels and permissions. Access Control: Implement and manage access control policies to ensure that users have the necessary permissions to perform their roles while adhering to the principle of least privilege. Security and Compliance: Monitor and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organization’s data and systems. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Incident Response: Respond to security incidents and access-related issues promptly, investigating and resolving any problems that arise. User Support: Provide support to users regarding account access issues, password resets, and general inquiries related to user administration. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of user accounts, access privileges, and administrative procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure cohesive and effective management of user access and security. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving user administration processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and security. Liaise with Depotnet teams, both internal and external, to facilitate Change and Development Requests. Relationships To be effective in this role, the Dynamics 365 & Depotnet Administrator will need to: Maintain and build up a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders including colleagues, customers, suppliers, and management teams. Be able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team. Communicate effectively with all other departments. Person Specification To be successful in this role, the D365 & Depotnet Administrator will need to have: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels of the organization. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team. At least 1 year of experience in User Administration. A good understanding of business processes and how they can be supported and improved by technology. Education Requirements C.S.E level B+ in Mathematics & English (or equivalent). A legal right to work in the UK. Full UK Driving License.
