Job Description

We are supporting a key client in their search for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions within the D365 F&O platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable systems that improve business processes and drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Development & Customisation: Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 F&O applications, modules, and workflows using X++ and other relevant technologies. Solution Design: Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Integrations: Develop and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and other third-party systems using Azure services, REST APIs, or other integration tools. Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables. Performance Optimisation: Identify performance bottlenecks in custom code and propose optimization strategies. Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including development processes, system architectures, and technical designs. Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Dynamics 365 F&O systems, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any post-implementation issues. Key Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1+ years of experience developing solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Strong expertise in X++, C#, .NET, and other relevant programming languages. Experience with D365 F&O module customisation, workflow automation, and integrations. Technical Skills: Experience with Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and LCS. Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, and data entities for report writing and data extraction is preferable. Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.). Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications (preferred but not mandatory). What is on Offer: Professional Development: Support for certifications, training, and career growth.
