This is your opportunity to work directly with clients, designing and delivering complex business and technical solutions. As a D365 Solution Architect, you'll be involved in every phase of the delivery lifecycle, adopting a hands-on, delivery-focused approach across multiple domains and leading technologies.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with client teams to design robust technology solutions tailored to our clients' needs. Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, encompassing CRM, Field Service, Power Platform, and MS Azure components. Take ownership of key architecture artefacts, including Key Design Decisions, Technical Options Papers, High-Level and Low-Level Designs, Reference Architectures, and Roadmaps. Support senior client leaders by shaping their case for change, leading cost estimations, detailed planning, and benefits realisation for the technology solutions designed. Collaborate closely with Engineering teams, defining the vision, establishing Architectural Guardrails, Architecture Runways, and Detailed Designs. Simplify complex technical concepts for board-level business leaders and their teams. Apply architecture expertise across all domains—Business, Data, Application, Technology, and Security. Utilise and apply architecture and delivery methodologies such as TOGAF and SAFe. Use architecture modelling tools and frameworks like UML, ArchiMate, and Ardoq. Design and deliver architecture solutions within governance and target operating models. Commit to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
