About the Role
As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you will play a key role in the design, customisation, and development of Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to the needs of the business. You'll work across multiple modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Engagement (CE), ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of Dynamics CRM/365 solutions. Customise and configure modules for Sales, Marketing, and CE. Perform system upgrades and ensure the smooth transition to new versions. Integrate CRM systems with other technologies using Azure, Power Platform, and SQL. Develop custom workflows, plugins, and JavaScript-based enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 implementations. Strong development skills in C#, .Net, JavaScript, and Power Platform. Proficiency in Azure cloud technologies and SQL databases. Experience working on Sales, Marketing, and CE modules. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development challenges.
