Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve IT incidents, problems, and service requests. Provide 2nd/3rd line support for key systems (CRM, SharePoint, SQL, ERP). Monitor and improve IT services. Support users and maintain documentation. Ensure compliance with GxP requirements. 2-3 years as an IT Service Analyst. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power BI.
