We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dynamics CRM Systems Manager to join us, based in our Head Office in Doncaster with agile/hybrid working. The successful candidate will work within the IT department and across various project teams to develop and enhance the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and processes primarily, (but not only), relating to Sales and Customer Care functions. Responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and establishing requirements; then delivering the design, build and deployment of solutions. The Dynamics CRM Systems Manager will act as a key interface with IT and business functions ensuring that processes, systems, and associated change projects are aligned to needs and delivered within IT standards and strategy. They will establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to deliver effective change and champion adoption across the business. They will use industry, recognised practices, and knowledge to deliver “best in class” configuration to standardise and secure Microsoft Dynamics, as well as developing a continuous improvement approach for the business to deliver. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional understanding of Marketing, Sales and Customer Care processes and experience in a role where they have maintained and developed Microsoft Dynamics systems and processes. They will have experience of developing and delivery of requirements capture, problem analysis, system and process design and acceptance testing. Experience within the housebuilding sector would be advantageous, as well as Dynamics 365 certifications. HS&S Responsibilities
