Dynamics Developer

to join its innovative Software Engineering team. This role involves enhancing the Dynamics 365/Customer Service Management (CSM) platform by developing new features such as workflows, plugins, entities, and system integrations. The successful candidate will also contribute to the maintenance and expansion of external APIs using C#/.NET technologies. Reporting to the Principal Software Engineer, the Dynamics Developer will collaborate within a dynamic team dedicated to improving digital services and delivering impactful solutions for the community. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement new features within Dynamics 365/CSM, including workflows, plugins, and entities. Design, build, and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems. Develop and support a custom web API using C#/.NET. Manage multiple solutions within Dynamics 365, addressing dependencies and resolving issues for both managed and unmanaged solutions. Create and maintain JavaScript and HTML web resources. Utilise the Dynamics Web API and SDK for plugin and custom workflow activity development. Contribute to the development of external APIs, including work with Azure API Manager and Logic Apps. Essential Skills and Experience: In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365, particularly the Customer Service module. Proven experience managing environments with multiple solutions, including handling dependencies and issue resolution. Strong proficiency in developing JavaScript and HTML web resources. Expertise in using the Dynamics Web API and SDK for custom development. Hands-on experience in external API development with .NET and familiarity with Azure API Manager and Logic Apps. Desirable Qualifications: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400/MB-400) certification is advantageous but not required. Why Join This Team?
