About the Role: As a Dynamics Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Working closely with a team of highly skilled professionals, you will develop custom workflows, integrations, and user-centred solutions that align with the organisation's strategic goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, innovation, and a commitment to improving customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Customising and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365, including forms, entities, workflows, and dashboards Developing and implementing custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript Optimising Dynamics 365 functionalities by leveraging the Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align CRM solutions with business objectives Managing the deployment of updates and maintain the integrity of the CRM environment Providing technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers
