They seek a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 & Azure Developer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Implement solutions and features based on design specifications, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Take a hands-on approach to integrating solutions with a strong focus on Azure (60%) and Dynamics 365 (40%). Leverage extensive experience in Power Apps, building custom applications and automation to improve business processes. Develop and implement solutions using Azure services, including Azure Functions, to meet business needs and enhance functionality. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, including business analysts, project managers, and senior technical resources. Mentor and train junior developers, including working with graduates in a structured graduate program. Shadow senior resources to foster development and technical growth, continuously learning and advancing technical expertise. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing support throughout the lifecycle of the solution. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience within Dynamics 365 Development, with a strong portfolio of successfully implemented projects. Extensive hands-on experience with Power Apps, including creating applications and business automation solutions. Deep understanding and experience with Azure services, especially Azure Functions. Strong technical knowledge and experience in developing solutions with Azure and Dynamics 365. Proven ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and train others in technical aspects. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Desirable Skills: Certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, or Azure are a plus. Experience with other Microsoft Business Applications and technologies. Familiarity with the latest industry trends and digital transformation practices in the public sector. Why Join them?
