About the role
We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce and Product Manager to join our Income Generation team. This role is varied, with Buying as a key part of it. You will be responsible for leading the research and delivery of new supporter-facing products and fundraising resources. You will develop and implement a long-term strategic plan that maximises income from a variety of new and existing e-commerce mechanics. You will manage the warehouse team to ensure that the stock, logistics, and distribution function operates smoothly and efficiently in line with the needs of all Young Lives vs Cancer teams and the organisation. This role is subject to a criminal record check. In the event of a successful application, a basic criminal record check will be completed. What will I be doing?
No two days are the same at Young Lives vs Cancer. Here are some of the main responsibilities: Lead in the delivery of seasonal marketing product ranges, fundraising resources, and launches to support key campaigns. Attend selected trade shows to keep up to date with product buying trends, build supplier relationships, and source new products. Oversee the management of the Young Lives vs Cancer online shop, ensuring Shopify is up to date and on the best package for our needs. Contribute to the creation of budgets, KPIs, and objectives that relate to new product launches. Work with the digital team to create and manage an effective stock management system in coordination with Shopify and Kudos, monitoring and managing stock levels to ensure maximum financial performance and customer satisfaction.
