We’re searching for an Ecommerce Assistant to join our established client, based in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. You’ll gain hands-on-experience supporting ecommerce operations across multiple sites, including promotional campaigns and onsite merchandising.
This is a part time, temporary position (21 hours per week).
Due to the rural location in Oxfordshire, a driving licence and vehicle are required to be considered for this position.
In the role of an E-Commerce Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:
Coordinate promotional codes and discount campaigns across UK and French websites.
Support onsite merchandising, ensuring product categories are optimally displayed.
Collaborate on photoshoots, including creating shoot lists and overseeing logistics.
Conduct site walk-throughs to enhance user experience.
Validate product listings, ensuring accuracy and timely launches.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
Proficiency in Excel with a logical and data-focused mindset.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Interest in ecommerce and marketing as a career path.
Ability to collaborate within a team and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in a retail or digital environment is a plus but not essential.
