Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms Knowledge of Shopify page creation. Support digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic and boost sales Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability Provide top-notch customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues Analyze sales data and prepare insightful reports to inform business strategies Assist in implementing and refining e-commerce marketing strategies Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall online shopping experience Stay updated on e-commerce trends and suggest improvements to current processes Requirements

Demonstrated familiarity with major e-commerce (Shopify) platforms and tools Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Keen eye for detail and commitment to data accuracy Basic analytical skills to interpret sales data and spot trends Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently Passion for e-commerce and eagerness to learn about the latest industry developments Experience with graphic design or content creation is a plus Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
