Job Description Assisting in the development and implementation of e-commerce strategies. Facilitating online sales, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Collaborating with the marketing team to optimise online presence. Analysing customer behaviour and sales data to inform e-commerce strategies. Managing product listings and maintaining website content. Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to ensure product availability. Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Keeping up to date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies. The Successful Applicant A successful E-Commerce Assistant should have: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A strong understanding of e-commerce strategies and technologies. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A high level of computer literacy, with experience in website management and data analysis. An interest in the FMCG industry and a commitment to providing superior customer service. What's on Offer A competitive salary in the range of £25000 - £26000 per year.
