As our Ecommerce Executive, you'll collaborate closely with our Product Strategist and content creation team to manage our e-commerce websites: ElectroMarket, Stage Concepts, and Audio Installations. We're looking for someone experienced in implementing SEO strategies, enhancing user experience, and improving site speed.

You'll also be responsible for creating and optimising ads across platforms like Google, Microsoft, and Facebook. A solid grasp of e-commerce best practices will be crucial for this role.

Working with our Product Strategist and junior marketing assistants, you will help define and continually update a strategy focused on performance. This will include SEO, online advertising, and content marketing efforts. A strong understanding of white-hat SEO and an ability to create compelling content are important for this position.

We believe that we are at our best when we're together, and that's why our marketing team works from our office from Monday to Friday. This facilitates easier collaboration, encourages ongoing conversations, and sparks creativity. Role Includes

Defining and delivering a plan on all things content and SEO to achieve business goals

Creating and updating search, shopping, and display ad campaigns on various ad platforms to bring in traffic and increase conversion, whilst maintaining positive ROAS

Consistently monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of all online marketing activity

Accurate reporting of performance and analytics on a weekly basis, providing opportunities and recommendations going forward

Regularly monitoring individual site monthly targets in line with the budgeted spend

Creating and launching email marketing campaigns tailored to various customer segments

Monitoring lead source of traffic and improving the site's organic ranking for its target keywords

Working with the marketing team to integrate new technology and tools into our marketing process

Keeping up-to-date with current technologies and initiatives pertinent to online marketing

Liaising with external developers via Trello to get work actioned on our websites

Managing the backend of Magento/Wordpress, ensuring everything is running smoothly

Updating and maintaining our product data feeds

Writing basic HTML code to create tables, insert alt text, or create buttons

Experience/Qualifications

Excellent experience with Google Ads, both building and optimising search, shopping and display ad campaigns

Experience with Magento and Wordpress

Excellent knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for analysing trends in search data

Highly numerate and able to easily interpret data for analysis of marketing campaigns

Understanding the core KPIs for different online marketing channels

Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studios or other data-recording tools (such as Moz)

Strong experience with feed optimisation, re-targeting lists, call tracking and A/B testing

Experience, understanding, and a proven track record of successful SEO

Experience, understanding, and a proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns (on tools such as Klaviyo, Bronto, dotdigital)
