Emmaus Hertfordshire is a homelessness charity with a difference. We don’t just offer people a bed for the night. We provide a home for as long as it’s needed, meaningful work and a sense of belonging. We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to join our team and help us expand our digital presence. Your responsibilities will include: Driving online sales growth. Managing our digital platforms and expanding into new ones. Enhancing the customer experience. Leading the development and implementation of our e-commerce strategy, ensuring it aligns with our organisational values. Advocating for Emmaus and educating your local community about our work. About you: You are a naturally energetic person with enthusiasm for managing and empowering people. You have a true love for retail and a strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools. You know how to recruit and develop a team of volunteers and have an ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Above all, you are keen to take on a new challenge and passionate about the work of Emmaus. We are facing diverse problems and need diverse people to tackle them.
