The Role

As the

E-commerce Marketing Executive , you will join our fast-paced, innovative e-commerce team you'll be a key driver of their online growth, responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that maximise sales and customer satisfaction.This is an ideal opportunity for a sales- and data-driven individual, ready to make an impact and play a vital role in our online success.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

Support the team in uploading and updating product listings, ensuring every product has accurate descriptions, engaging images, and the correct pricing.

Customer Engagement:

Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback, building a positive brand reputation and fostering customer loyalty.

Data & Analysis:

Help analyse key performance metrics, generate reports, and pinpoint growth opportunities to drive e-commerce success.

Promotions Management:

Assist in setting up and managing special offers, discounts, and promotions, making sure theyre implemented effectively.

Website Maintenance:

Support the rollout of website updates, including layout adjustments, new feature integrations, and routine maintenance tasks.

Email Marketing:

Collaborate on email marketing initiatives to engage customers and boost retention.

Trend Analysis:

Stay on top of e-commerce trends, bringing fresh ideas to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

Essential Criteria

Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in e-commerce or retail, with a strong understanding of online sales.

Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify+.

High attention to detail.

Experience with email marketing campaigns. ( Desirable)

Skills in copywriting for product descriptions and marketing materials.( Desirable)
