E Com Marketing Manager

We are looking for an eCommerce Marketing Manager who can bring a wealth of experience in digital marketing eCommerce with a demonstrated track record of achieving a high level digital shopping experience. You will have extensive experience working with Amazon advertising platforms and a history of demonstrated success in the development and execution of various commercial marketing plans at one time.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design, execution, measurement, and continuous optimisation of initiatives and annual Hasbro commercial plan(s) across EMEA eCommerce channels to ensure delivery of defined ROI targets. Manage PurePlay platforms, including Amazon, to achieve business targets. Work with your eCommerce channel team across EMEA to build on-site activation plans that drive brand conversion on pure play and clicks sites. Set targets and benchmarks prior to commercial program execution and provide post-program analysis to key stakeholders. Manage day-to-day A&P budget and develop the business case to secure incremental investments based on historical program performance and future opportunity. Build quarterly test plans to assess new commercial programs and inform ongoing investment optimisation. Design, implement and constantly revise the product content creation standards (copy, imagery, video, etc); SEO optimised towards search engines and Amazon. Collaborate with internal teams, as well as independently manage agencies to deliver best-in-class digital shelf execution – a) product content creation: including copywriters, translations, SEO, rendering, photography, video, etc, and b) product content syndication, as required. Own and develop syndication processes and frameworks for leveraging content and assets with internal teams and all Hasbro distributors. Engage with cross-functional subject matter experts to incorporate best practices into the digital shelf.

Skills And Experience:

Bachelors degree in marketing, data management or business-related discipline. Demonstrated ability in ROI analysis and commercial program optimisation. Deep understanding of business systems operations and process to manage product data. Examples: Stybo, PIM, SAP, Showpad, DAM, etc. Experience cooperating/driving external agencies and internal teams. SEO content optimization knowledge, mainly on Amazon. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders concurrently. Demonstrated ability to drive improvement of digital KPIs, data management, and data quality processes. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and project-management skills. Must be detail-oriented and deadline-focused. Creative thinking, problem solving, and the ability to innovate. Experience in a B2B environment is an advantage.
